A deposit of 50% is payable in 3 business days after a successful interview. All deposits are non-refundable.

If you would like to cancel, postpone or switch to a different course:

1.  you must inform GPEX 2 weeks before the commencement of the course, by 12.00 noon, (Malaysia & Hong Kong time) by providing valid reasons and proofs. The 50% deposit will be valid for a future course. The course must be completed within one year of the original course. If you have paid in full for the course, the remaining 50% of the course fee will be refunded upon request within 14 working days.

2. During the period of 2 weeks before the start of the course and, the first day of the course, all the paid fees will be withheld by GPEX.

If you have already started the course and need to defer to a later date, for a valid reason, you will be required to repay the original deposit plus any other costs incurred to us as a result of this deferral.

Each CELTA course must have at least 6 candidates. If this minimum number is not reached, the course will be postponed. We reserve the right to cancel a course up to two weeks before the course starts. In this case, your full fees will be refunded (including deposit) or an alternative course will be offered, subject to the agreeability of our participants.
