I love to teach fifth grade! I have been a teacher for 13 years and have spent 10 of those years teaching fifth graders.  I love their wit, humor, enthusiasm, and curiosity.  It gives me extreme pleasure to watch them grow both academically and socially throughout the school year! 

This has been a monumental yearI I celebrated my 30th wedding anniversary to my husband Jody, helped my elderly parents move across Texas to be closer to my sister, and then we helped my elderly aunt move from Texas into our home.  Whew!! 

We have two grown children. Our son Connor is a pilot, with Denver as his home base! Our daughter Kylie is learning to be an electrician and is an apprentice up in Wyoming. I absolutely love spending time with my family, playing board games, baking, and all things related to nature and all its beauty. 

This will be my first year at C2E, so I am very excited for this new beginning, and I am looking forward to getting to know all of the teachers and families here.
