Apple Watch Amazes Users

Since the early 2000s, Apple has produced quality consumer electronics ranging from phones to laptops. Starting in 2010, the company has been exploring different ways to integrate technology into every aspect of our lives. From wireless earbuds to stand-alone smartwatches, Apple has seamlessly become an integral part of our daily lives - easing our daily routines. Their newest Apple Watch, the Series 5, outshines all the other smartwatches on the market. Clearly, Apple has listened to requests and complaints from users as this watch compiles every aspect a consumer could desire.

The Series 5 is a powerhouse. Its health data collection is superior. Its electrocardiogram in tandem with its heart rate sensor can detect your heart rhythms to protect you. The watch also uses machine learning to determine your baseline metrics. It then automatically creates “Highlights” to compare that information to your daily activity, heart rate etc. Furthermore, the watch can detect when you fall, giving users, especially older users, an extra layer of protection. On top of this, the watch can detect excessive noise - above 90 decibels - to keep your ears safe. The watch face can also show you your health data and give you suggestions to keep up your daily levels.

The watch’s plethora of apps also supports users, essentially becoming a miniature iPhone. The watch has a speaker and microphone, making it possible to take calls on the watch. As far as messaging, users can write their messages on the screen, verbalize their text or use pre-made responses. The watch also lets you ping your phone and vice versa, making finding your phone or watch very easy. Furthermore, most apps for the iPhone can also be downloaded onto the watch.

The smaller version - aluminum 40mm model - with GPS is available for $399. For an extra $100, you can get the cellular-enabled version. You can also buy the larger version - aluminum 44mm model - with GPS for $429, $520 for a cellular-enabled model. If you want a more high-end model than aluminum, you can buy the stainless steel model for $699 or the titanium model for $799. If you really feel like flexing, then you can buy the special white ceramic model for $1,299.

Overall, the Series 5 is an amazing product. It is the culmination of fixed critiques and previous versions, making it a near perfect model. While it may not be for Android users, it is a definite buy for Apple users.
