Heslington Church offers an attractive venue for your meetings. It's a flexible building in a pretty location, situated within the ring road of historic York, providing easy access and on-site parking.
The church offers a number of flexible rooms with varying capacity:
The Library
The library sits up to 12 people in comfortable chairs
The Meeting Room
The meeting room sits 40 people for presentations, or can be used by a larger groups for standing receptions. Tables are available. There is a hatch between the kitchen and the meeting room, for serving food and refreshments.
The Main Church
The main church sits approximately 250 people. There is a side chapel, a prayer corner, and a children's corner for smaller meetings. The pews are movable to create a large open space if needed. The acoustics are excellent.
The Children's Room
This room contains two comfy sofas and a play area for young children. It can be used as a crèche.
Other facilities
The church has a kitchen with professional cookers and a dishwasher. There are toilet facilities.

Our rental fees are very competitive starting at only £15 an hour. Present users include Yorchestra and the City of York Council. Discounted fees are available for charities and religious organisations. Please enquire with the church office.
