- is able to identify, demonstrate and discuss critically the benefits and challenges of collaboration gained through CAS experiences.
Ideas and tips: Many students point out that they want to “work with others.” To some degree, this phrase is the definition of collaboration. What are the skills inherent in the term collaborative skills?

- balancing different viewpoints,
- engaging others,
- seeking and using feedback, etc.
