Course Overview

This two week course is completely online and will cover the topics of health, nutrition, and fitness. This course is intended to supplement the physical fitness course credits you are already receiving. You will be given the opportunity to collaborate with your classmates and apply what you have learned to your own daily living.

  • Progress through each lesson by clicking the pages on the top right of your screen.
  • Be sure to view all material, and complete the activities on each page including the tests. You will not be permitted to graduate the course without successfully passing all test.
  • Lecture material, videos and activities are designed to help you. Read and participate!
  • Each lesson is designed to move you closer to the performance, where you can really show your skills and what you have learned.
  • Have fun! And don't worry, I will be checking on your progress throughout the course.
