What are stage lessons?
Stage lessons are a dance practice on the big stage! They help the dancers get used to the larger stage and figure out any spacing issues so they are ready to perform for the recital.
Where are stage lessons?
Stage lessons are at UW-Platteville's Center for the Arts Brodbeck Concert Hall.
When should I arrive to stage lessons?
Please refer to the stage lesson schedule and arrive 15 minutes early to your stage lesson and be ready to dance at your scheduled time as each class has a very limited amount of time.
What does my dancer need for stage lessons?
Costume, required tights, dance shoes and any accessories for each dance. Come in street shoes and then change shoes when you arrive so your dance shoes don’t get ruined outside!
Recital hair and makeup are not required. Please pull hair back.
Does my dancer have to stay for the whole night?
Dancers may leave when their stage lessons are over for the evening.
