We issue two types of Chromebooks. The Dell Chromebook 3100 and Hewlard Packard 11 GE (HP 11GE). Below you will find links to basic troubleshooting issues for each Chromebook Model. If your Chromebook cannot be fixed by keyboard commands, DO NOT OPEN THE CHROMEBOOK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Instead report the issue to your teacher.

Each Chromebook is issued with a carrying case, a strap, and a charger. The Chromebook and Chromebook charger should be together at all times. They are both the responsibility of the student.
