This class is for beginners and students with prior yoga experience that wish to learn Shadow Yoga principles and practice. Accessible for all levels of ability and ages.
Build a foundational practice through warm-ups, simple standing movements (karana), squats and longer sequences (vyayama) designed to remove energetic blockages and link movement and breath. Initial seats (asana) and arm movements (prana mudra) take the mind inwards. Classes are progressive, supporting you to develop at your own pace.
Current course: 15 December - 12 January (no class 29/12), $75 for 6 classes or by class casual attendance ($20)
