End of Study

There are three steps to wrapping up your participation in our study:

1. First, we ask participants to complete a quick exit survey that asks what you liked and didn’t like about the study. We will have texted and emailed the survey link to you.

2. Second, we ask that you use the return package that we will mail you to send back the Embrace smartwatch that we lent you at the beginning of the study. Please use the padded envelope to pack your watch and you can drop it off any USPS mailbox location. (Refer to the image on the side for detailed instructions).

3. Third, we ask that you delete the study-related apps (RealLife Exp, Beiwe, and Mate); you may keep the StudyPay app to use your giftcards at your convenience.
