Choir Meal

Our Choir Meal is to be held in the Merlot Room of the Carlisle Station Hotel. The Hotel bar is adjacent to the room and will be available to us for pre-dinner drinks and wine orders.

The cost for a 3 Course dinner followed by Coffee/Tea is £33.

As is usual pre-orders are required. The choices are:

Starters:

Smoked Haddock and spring onion fish cakes with fennel  and lemon dressing

Classic bruschetta with crushed avocado and lime

Roast cherry tomato and mozzarella salad, sun blushed tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, rocket and basil


Mains:

Pan seared chicken supreme, gratin potatoes with mushroom and smoked bacon red wine sauce

Grilled seabass with saute potatoes, wilted green vegetables and butter lemon sauce

Mediterranean vegetable wellington with rich tomato sauce with rocket salad


Dessert:

Chefs selection of cheesecake with meringue and fresh berry compote

Chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce

Cream filled profiteroles and chocolate sauce
