Attendance and visit information
The Harsnett Choir uses ‘Muzodo’ to track who is available for visits.
When you join the choir or wish to be included on our mailing list, you will be entered onto Muzodo. When you're first entered you will receive a ‘welcome’ email. You will need to agree to be part of the group by clicking 'Confirm My Membership' before it will send you invitations for future visits. This just allows Muzodo to add you to the mailing list and contact you about visits, it is not membership of the choir.
It is important that if you change your email address you let us know so that you continue to get invitations and information about visits.
Muzodo automatically sends out invitations to future visits by email to all members. Non-members will receive an invitation a little later where there are still spaces in their voice part. You can indicate your availability through that email or through Muzodo directly at muzodo.com.
By creating an account on Muzodo.com you can get a little more information about each event, including who else is coming, and you can review and if necessary record any changes to your planned attendance. Any changes will be automatically forwarded to Ed.
Your own Muzodo account is available free of charge. To create your account:
Go to muzodo.com
Click on ‘Log on / Register’ in the top left-hand corner.
Fill in the right-hand form under ‘Not a member yet? Sign Up!’. Make sure you use the same email address that you gave Harsnett or Muzodo will not recognise you.
Muzodo will recognise you from your email address and a list of future events will appear automagically. Click on each one and you will be able to see what you have signed up for. If you want to change any of these, click on the little pencil icon to change your entry.
