We are very happy to announce the Harmonious Breathing Course with Fabio Andrico, a globally respected Yantra Yoga and Harmonious Breathing instructor and one of the main teachers of the International Dzogchen Community founded by a great Dzogchen master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu,

This course is for anyone, beginner, experienced, interested in Yoga or breathing methods,

as well as Dzogchen practitioners,

Breathing well is vitally important to all of us. It is connected to and can shape your whole existence. But often we breathe in an unnatural and conditioned way without us even knowing it. Returning to free-flowing, complete breathing infuses the body with calm strength and invigorates the mind with the clarity of awareness. Harmonious Breathing differs from other Yoga by the integration of movement and breathing.

  • Correct postural habits that constrict the breath
  • Understand how natural alignment and rhythm in your breathing helps you let go of unnecessary physical and psychological tension
  • Exercise passive and active breathings
  • Practice ways to maintain presence and awareness of breath during yoga and everyday movement

【Harmonious Breathing Program】

1st Session 2 hour

  • Passive exercises on opening the breathing
  • Finding centered balance for ‘correct’ sitting posture and breathing awareness
  • Focused meditation

2nd Session 2 hour

  • Body movement and active exercises for breath
  • Wholeness and flexibility
  • Breathing awareness. Focused meditation

3rd Session

  • Integrating breath, movement and mind
  • Presence and awareness in movement

4th Session 2 hour

  • Wholeness and harmony in breathing
  • Deconstructing conditioned breathing
  • Rediscovering the joy of breathing

5th Session 2 hour

  • Training breathing rhythm. Sitting and moving
  • Discovering and training how to hold the breath
  • Meditation on open presence and awareness

6th Session 2hour

  • When through the complete breathing, the presence and awareness emerge to the surface, it is accompanied by deep relaxation, in which the body is internally still, there not much need of compulsory verbal communication, and thoughts are not like continuous waves.
