Reflection:
Participating in clinic helped me learn real-world skills that pushed me out of my comfort zone. It boosted my confidence, critical thinking, and ability to help clients in a clinical setting. During clinic, I practiced various skills like making treatment plans, using therapy techniques, and communicating effectively. This experience will really help me in my future job as a COTA because it gave me practical knowledge and experience. My time in clinic also made a positive impact on the community by improving clients health, promoting wellness, providing OT services to those in need, and making a difference in each client's life.
