Sub-Factions
These are factions that are periodically unlocked based on in-game events.
The Deathwatch
Elite Combine Mercenaries who act as bosses to reset the city and restore Overwatch reign.
Powerful Crime Syndicate owned by the Supreme Leader, they control the city and replace Overwatch reign.
Liberators of the city, they now reign with a stronger focus on freedom and democratic ideals and, replace Overwatch reign.
