This project required us to select one food product and carefully examine all its ingredients, and our group chose Marina Tempura Chicken Nugget. We verified the halal status of each ingredient using the Verify Halal App and compiled the findings into a detailed PDF guide. This guide included proof of halal ingredients, a clear flow chart of the verification process, and a complete explanation of each halal control point involved.
This project required us to create an interactive and informative digital campaign to promote the use of the Verify Halal App among consumers. This involved developing online content such as a website or blog, social media posts, videos, and tutorials. These materials explained how the app works, its features, and its importance in helping consumers check the halal status of products.
This project required us to present our video and PDF to at least 30 people, including local businesses, the public, and consumers. We collected their feedback regarding both our campaign and the Verify Halal app. Based on their input, we prepared a detailed report explaining how we used their feedback to enhance our campaign and address real-world challenges. Additionally, we provided thoughtful suggestions to improve the Verify Halal app and its related services, ensuring they better meet the needs of users.
