Projects:

  • Special Manpower Development Program for Chips to System Design (SMDP-C2SD), Govt. of India

Description: Full custom 1Kb SRAM memory chip design for Bio-Medical Sensor Node using a novel 11T SRAM cell with High-Stability and Low-Power, with the help of Cadence design environment using SCL 180nm CMOS technology node. The 1Kb SRAM Memory Chip has been

completed and fabricated.

  • Project Proposal for Bilateral Exchange of Academics - DAAD 2018

Description: An energy efficient data-dependent-low-power 10T SRAM cell design for LiFi enabled smart street lighting system application. The system requires the highly adaptive SoC to save huge amount of power/energy for data storage, which plays an important role for any urban area development.
