About me

Dr. Neha Gupta is currently working as a Lab Engineer under Special Manpower Development Program-Chip to System Design (SMDP-C2SD) Project at Nanoscale Devices, VLSI Circuit & System Design Research Group of Electrical Engineering Department, Indian Institute of Technology Indore, India since August 2017. My area of research interests are full Custom SRAM Memory Chip Design; Low-Power, High-Stability, and Reliable SRAM Memory Design for IoT Devices; Radiation Hardened and Energy-Efficient Digital Circuit Design, Digital ASIC/SoC Design and SRAM based In-Memory Computing Architecture for Edge AI.

I did Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Truba Institute of Engineering and Information Technology, Bhopal, India in 2014 and Master of Engineering (M.E.) in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Institute of Engineering and Technology, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, India in 2017. I did my ME project entitled "Analysis of Various Low Leakage High Speed DECODER Circuit Designing for Memory Array Application using Cadence EDA Tool." under the guidance of Dr. Vaibhav Neema, Assistant Professor Electronics & Telecommunication Department, IET-DAVV Indore. I received Ph.D. degree with the Nanoscale devices, VLSI circuit & system design lab., Electrical Engineering Department, from Indian Institute of Technology Indore, India from December 2017 to June 2021. The title of my PhD thesis is "Design Techniques for Radiation Hardened, Reliable and Low-Power Circuits" under the supervision of Dr. Santosh Kumar Vishvakarma, Associate Professor, Indian Institute of Technology Indore. I worked as a Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Madhav Institute of Technology & Science, Gwalior, India from July 2017 to August 2017.

My home town is Lavkush Nagar, Chhatarpur district located in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It is nearer to the tourist destination temple town Khajuraho and the Urmil and Kail Rivers flow through this town.
