Responsibility:

Contribution towards the infrastructure development for M.Tech. Program:

• Established SMDP-C2SD sponsored research/project lab dedicated to M.Tech. (VDN) program.

• Installation and maintenance of industry standard license servers Cadence, Synopsys, Xilinx and Mentor Graphics tools.

• Supervised various UG and PG labs and tutorial sessions.

• The training and research guidance to M.Tech. and B.Tech. students for their minor projects.

Contribution towards the objectives of SMDP-C2SD project and independent research:

• As a part of SMDP-C2SD project objectives, I have completed the design of 1Kb SRAM memory chip with the proposed SRAM architecture with it's control circuitry.

• 1Kb memory chip has been taped-out by CDAC, Bangalore using SCL-180nm CMOS Technology.
