Contribution towards the infrastructure development for M.Tech. Program:
Established SMDP-C2SD sponsored research/project lab dedicated to M.Tech. (VDN) program.
Installation and maintenance of industry standard license servers Cadence, Synopsys, Xilinx and Mentor Graphics tools.
Supervised various UG and PG labs and tutorial sessions.
The training and research guidance to M.Tech. and B.Tech. students for their minor projects.
Contribution towards the objectives of SMDP-C2SD project and independent research:
As a part of SMDP-C2SD project objectives, I have completed the design of 1Kb SRAM memory chip with the proposed SRAM architecture with it's control circuitry.
1Kb memory chip has been taped-out by CDAC, Bangalore using SCL-180nm CMOS Technology.

Responsibility: Worked for my Ph.D. degree with the thesis title “Design Techniques for Radiation Hardened, Reliable and Low-Power Circuits” as well as work with other UG, PG and Ph.D. students on Low-power SRAM design for IoT applications, reliable PUF design for security systems, NBTI resilient digital circuits design for space applications in digital and analog VLSI design-based project work.
