Your Crooked Creek hosts are here to serve you and your guests. Hosts are typically on camp property during 7 AM to 11 PM and available in case of emergencies via telephone outside of those times.
If you have schedule changes (meals, snack bar, coffee shop or store times) please notify your host as soon as possible. Early notification allows Crooked Creek to make the necessary arrangements for staffing needs. Changes may not be possible for non-exclusive groups.
Our Food Service staff want each guest to have an enjoyable experience while at Crooked Creek. Please communicate food allergies and dietary needs in the tab on the Google Document at least 5 days prior to your arrival. Dietary requests that are not communicated ahead of time may not be accommodated.
Any further questions of guests allergies please contact Megen Leckband at mleckband@ccr.younglife.org
The camp bell will ring 5 minutes before each meal. Meals will start promptly and typically last 30 minutes. Please state meal times as a definite time on your schedule, instead of a range, to help ensure prompt arrival to meals by all group members.
All vehicles staying on property for the duration of your stay must be parked in the parking lot (not the center circle). Please do not park directly behind the dining hall as this area must be reserved for deliveries and camp business.
During winter months, all vehicles must abide by the traction law in Colorado and commercial vehicles (buses) MUST carry chains on their vehicles to and from camp.
Misplaced items will be placed in the front entrance of the Bull Moose dining hall. Items found after your departure will be secured and held at Crooked Creek for three months. As items are claimed they will be returned via UPS at the owner’s expense.
