Guest Services Information (GSI)

The Guest Services Information Form is a Google Sheet that was attached to this planning email. Please fill this form out to confirm details of your trip (arrival/departure times, meal times, store/snack bar/coffee bar times, program requests, housing, etc.). 

The GSI is a live document for you to access anywhere at anytime. Please return a schedule and have an up to date GSI noting all necessary information at least two weeks prior to your arrival. We use the GSI form and your schedule to order food, schedule staff, prepare supplies and equipment you have requested. In order for Crooked Creek to meet and anticipate your needs, we must have your GSI and schedule submitted to us on time.

This form will need to be filled out as soon as your get it, to the best of your knowledge, for the Guest Services Main Host to start communication with.
