If you wish to raise any concerns regarding the Police Academy unit or wish to have a process changed, you can contact any of the Management Team within the Police Academy who will assist you.

If you’re seeking support with guidance or help in any way, you are always welcome to contact any member of the RTO team. The RTO unit is based around supporting and helping others and we will all make time to provide assistance to those that need it.

When a PCSO fails his AP z RTO can do it again if the PCSO wants to do it again, if he fails it for a 2nd time a Senior RTO then has to conduct his AP.
