As within every department, rules are necessary in order for a functioning environment. The Police Academy rule set should be considered at all times by any member of the Police Academy department, however they do not take priority over the server rules or police rules. The below rules are set in 2 categories based on severity.
Some of these may also end up with a Blacklist from the Police Academy leading to not being able to join in the future

An S/RTO and C/SUPT or above can give permission for a RTO to give a PCSO a lethal for use outside of the greenzone. The RTO issuing the weapon is responsible for making sure the PCSO stores the lethal if they will no longer be patrolling with an RTO. Unless stated otherwise the PCSO can be given a weapon from the box for use on the patrol. Use common sense with these rules, If a situation leads from outside the greenzone to inside of it then it is okay to deal with that situation and resume patrolling outside once resolved. No gun 5.56 or above will be issued to a PCSO. (SMGs Only).
You do not need permission from an S/RTO to take a lethal for an Assessed Patrol, however after finishing the AP you are responsible for making sure that the PCSO stores the lethal. No gun 5.56 or above will be issued to a PCSO. (SMGs Only). However, if going on a normal patrol, you need permission from an S/RTO or Chief Superintendent
You are not allowed to be I/NPAS, S/NPAS or C/NPAS and RTO at the same time.
You are not allowed to be a S/RTO+ and SFO 3+ at the same time
