Parking

All parking spaces are allocated to owners and renters in the dedicated strata lots. Therefore, residents may only park in their dedicated space. Residents who mistakenly park in the wrong space will be required to immediately remove their car. For those who do not respond access rights may be suspended or your car may be removed from the premises.

Car Park Appearance & Storage

For the safety of all residents the car park must be kept neat and tidy. The storage of boxes and any other item is therefore not permitted in or around car spaces. They present a fire hazard and we conduct routine checks of the car park.

Residents may apply to the Strata Committee for an approved storage unit which can be built into your car space at the lot owners’ expense.

Visitor Parking

Please contact the building manager if you need a temporary car space for a visitor or technician to visit your residence. There is limited availability of visitor spaces and we operate them on a first come first serve basis. These spaces are available for maximum 48 hours unless agreed by SC with written approval.

Street Parking

We are lucky to have street parking often available on Allen and Pitt streets, right next to our building
