Balconies / Windows 

Balcony space falls under building property common space. As such we have quite strict rules to keep the building at a high standard of appearance and for the safety of all residents:

• Plants and outdoor furniture are allowed on balconies.

•  Goods, clothing, washing & general miscellaneous items are not allowed on balconies.

• Please be mindful of cigarette/BBQ smoke when on balconies as it drifts.

• Screening products such as bamboo and lattice are strictly prohibited. Please email the strata manager for acceptable screening options.
