to arrange building access for tradesmen or large deliveries and they will assist with parking, lift access.

Our building manager will always do their best to accommodate your needs however parking is not always available. Residents are reminded that they have a responsibility to ensure that the tradespeople and those making deliveries are adequately covered by insurance.

In the event of damage to common property by tradespersons and persons making deliveries the resident is legally responsible to meet all costs associated with repairing the damage. the owner will be obliged to pay that amount personally.
