Building Management

Our building manager looks after the entire building and car park by managing service providers for fire protection, lifts, electronic security, CCTV and cleaning operations.

The Building Manager hours are Monday – Friday and 8.30am – 3.30pm

Rennovations

Proposed physical changes to your apartment (including walls, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, Air conditioner installation anywhere else within your lot must receive prior approval from the Owner's Corporation Executive Committee.
