This comic portrays how it is important to reach out for help, even if it is not immediatly given or given the first time one seeks help.
Again, the purple colors and dreary weather represents the mental state of the narrator. The umbrella represents hope and help given to the narrator. Of course, once help is given, not everything is sunshine and rainbows, however, one can be in a better mental place and feel more at ease with external help. That is what the last panel represents.
