Volunteer Appreciation Organizer(s) - Survey and organize the volunteer appreciation event in April.

Coordinates an annual leader appreciation event for the Service Unit
Event Coordinator(s) - The Event Coordinator(s) plans and carries out SU activities to meet girls’ interests and needs
Create a Service Unit event calendar
Recruit, support, and oversee the event planners to implement individual events
Work with the Service Unit Treasurer to create and maintain event budgets
Plan and implement Service Unit fund raising to help the Service Unit reach goals
Ensure the SERVICE UNIT holds an event honoring the highest girl awardees
Follow guidelines in Volunteer Essentials and all Safety Activity Checkpoints
Mansfield & Springfield Recruiters
1. Recruit girls and adults who represent the diversity of the population in your town
2. Share all contact information collected through recruitment efforts online
3. Inform Service Unit Data Manager when new troop numbers need to be requested from Council
4. Organize and place girls and adults into new and existing troops using MyGS
5. Work with Service Unit Data Manager to identify girl and adult openings in existing troops
6. Implement Service Unit recruitment plan by organizing local recruitment events
7. Communicate recruitment progress to SUM and Membership Specialist
Juliette Coordinators
1. Maintains a list of Juliette Advisors
2. Keeps Juliette Advisors informed of Service Unit and GSCSNJ information
3. Welcomes all new Juliette Advisors to the Service Unit with introductory email.
4. Acts as a liaison between the Juliette Advisors, the Service Unit, and the Council
