Kim had been a Girl Scout Leader in the Town & Country Service Unit for the last 17 years. She has held numerous roles in the service unit throughout the years such as Service Unit Manager, Cookie Manager, Fall Product Manager, and Florence/Roebling Recruiter.

Taylor has been a Girl Scout in the Town and Country Service Unit since she was in Kindergarten! Throughout her years as a scout in Troop 25136, she sold hundreds of cookies, completed a copious amount of service hours and earned her Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards. When she graduated from high school, she wanted to give back to the program that helped her so much so she became a Troop Leader. She has received the Rookie of the Year (2017), Spirit Award (2020), and Golden Rose Award (2021). Her favorite memory from her years as a Girl Scout was when her troop went to Savannah, Georgia and they got to visit Juliette Gordon Low's house (the founder of Girl Scouts).
