Is it better to be a disciple maker or in a discipleship?

A church that places a strong emphasis on discipleship is one that offers a formal discipleship program in addition to its other activities. People who desire to go "a little bit farther" or master spiritual formation may see discipleship as a chance for individuals in a church's leadership position to accomplish their goals. It is possible that a church that conducts discipleship may regard Bible education to be the same thing as discipleship.
