We have a very proud record as a college when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Everyone, no matter their sexuality, religion, ethnicity, age, gender identity and nationality are all welcome in our college. Currently, the JCR has 8 identifying women and 7 identifying men, meaning 53% of our JCR are identifying as women, with one of our women members being co-president (Emma Gowling). Equally, the other co-president (Dom Casoria) is an openly gay and jewish student. Throughout our JCR we have people of all backgrounds. We are extremely proud that we are the only college with a Community Inclusion Officer, to priortise liberation groups. The current officer, Simran Rayarel, is a BAME woman.

Even More impressively, the JCR has 13/15 of our members who identify with a liberation group. We are very proud of this record as we will do whatever we can to encourage liberation students to aim high.
