Hold down the REFRESH BUTTON (on left) and the POWER BUTTON (on right) simultaneously. Wait a few seconds before powering on again. (see picture below)

Solution: Try the Hard Shut Down (see above). Next, Follow these steps to make sure you are running the most up to date version of Chrome OS on your device (See instructions below).

Problem: I cannot access my WiFi at home.
Solution: Make sure you are AUTHENTICATING your chromebook at home. I would recommend shutting down your Chromebook between school and home. Then, power on and follow these instructions to authenticate: Connecting to Your At Home WiFi.

Problem: I cannot access my EdPuzzle videos or cannot access all of my videos through EdPuzzle.

Solution: Open a separate tab in Chrome. Go to YouTube. Make sure you are signed in. Look into the upper right corner of the YouTube browser. If it says SIGN IN, sign in with your @greenvilleschools.us account. If you see a letter or a picture, please make sure that it is your @greenvilleschools.us account. Go back to your EdPuzzle and hit the recycle/refresh button. Videos should begin playing.
