Reporting a Lost or Stolen Chromebook

Students should report missing or lost Chromebooks to the Media Center IMMEDIATELY!!! You only have 14 days from the day of loss to report the lost/stolen Chromebook. Failure to report within this time frame could result in the student having to pay to replace the Chromebook. A lost or stolen Chromebook can be reported to the Media Center ANYTIME!!!

You will have to fill out a Missing Chromebook Form. You can print this out and fill it out ahead of time to expedite the process. You will have to get signatures from all of your teachers stating you have looked for the Chromebook in each class as well as get a parent signature.

You will be issued another Chromebook after review of your case by your grade level administrator and the School Resource Officer.

What if the Chromebook AC Power Adapter or Chromebook Chargers is lost?

If a student loses his or her charger or wishes to buy an additional charger for the Chromebook, the Media Center has these available for purchase for $31. These cannot be charged onto the student's list of fees and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Additionally, you may choose to buy a charger from another retailer. The AC power adapter should be compatible with our Chromebook model - Lenovo 1003 Chromebook 2nd Gen. The charnger is a 45W USB-C type Charger. Please see below for examples and links to Amazon.
