This is the price for a private tour. If we have more customers for the date of your choice, we'll invite them to join you. The price will then be lowered. 

1) Private minivan and driver to transfer you from Beijing to the Great Wall (2.5 hours each way)

2) On Day 1, a local, experienced Chinese-speaking guide (a villager at the foot of the Great Wall) will accompany you on a 2.5-hour hike to Gubeikou. 

3) At night, our local camping manager will set up the camping inside a watchtower on the night of Day 1 and supply you with tents, sleeping bags, and sleeping pads. 

4) On Day 2, after breakfast, return to Beijing. You’ll arrive back at your hotel before noon. We’ll be happy to provide a complimentary drop-off at a Beijing train station, or an airport transfer for an additional fee. 

5) We will prepare a gourmet dinner on Day 1 and breakfast on Day 2.

6) All tickets and passes are included. 

• Since 2003, our drivers have worked for more than 84,000 visitors. They understand what our customers need. Additionally, they can use translation apps. 

• Our local guides live in villages along the Great Wall. No one knows the wild wall like they do. Most of your hiking is done in wild sections of the Great Wall. It is safe to be led by them when they walk along with you every step of the way.

• You will have the opportunity to interact directly with Chinese people and experience their way of life in rural China. 

• With our experienced Chinese drivers and guides, you will save a great deal on your tour.

We'll check whether an English-speaking guide will be available on your tour dates. During the three years of the pandemic, we lost more than half of our excellent tour guides. They were forced to quit their jobs due to the impact of Covid or had to change their careers to make a living.
