Using Google Forms, students filled out form estimating their screen time on their phone in comparison to the actual time on their phone. Using Google Forms, students and teachers can track their results, others' results and compare them side by side by turning the form into a Google Sheet.

The use of Google Forms and Sheets to graph student data instantly is used in beginning of lesson to grab students attention and importance of topics. Using the SAMR scale this use of tech is modification because the students that fill out the form modify the end result of the Google Sheet.
