Definition of International Conference : 

“การประชุมวิชาการ” หมายความว่า การประชุมที่จัดโดยองค์กรหรือสถาบันทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
ที่เป็นที่ยอมรับและน่าเชื่อถือในวงวิชาการ และต้องเป็นการประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ"
The term “Academic Conference” means a conference organized by national or international organizations or institutions. The conference must be organized by recognized and academic credible organizations or institutions, and must be labeled as an “International Academic Conference”.

(Examples of Criteria for academic conferences to be considered as a recognized and credible international academic conference)

- Held continuously every year
- Organized by academic or research organizations/institutes or other reputable organizations.
- Requires pre-registration and maintain a qualified and relevant editorial board or conference committee.
- Conference topics, venue, and date are clearly specified.
- Features well-known plenary speakers in relevant fields.

Note that: The applicant need to submit this grant before travelling.

📢How to get the grant for presentation?  (50% of the approved grant)

Note that: Graduate students will prepay all conference-related expenses and keep all original receipts/bills for reporting and reimbursement. Graduate students will receive an amount equivalent to half of their approved expenses.  

📢How to get the grant for publication? (remaining 50% after the presentation)

After the presentation, graduate students can get the remain 50% of the approved grant when the article is published in the academic journal before graduation in accordance with the following conditions.

Doctoral Degree:

-  For Science and Technology and Health Science Clusters, the grantee must publish at least 1 article, which is a part of the student’s thesis, in an international academic journal indexed in the ISI/SCOPUS database, which is in Quartile 1 or 2.

-  For the Humanities and Social Science Cluster, the grantee must publish at least 1 article, which is a part of the student’s thesis in an academic journal indexed in the ISI/SCOPUS database.

Master's Degree:

- For Science and Technology and Health Science Clusters, the grantee must publish at least 1 article, which is a part of the student’s thesis, in an international academic journal indexed in the ISI/SCOPUS database.

- For the Humanities and Social Science Cluster, the grantee must publish at least 1 article, which is a part of the student’s thesis, in an international academic journal.
