How to register for the support grant and withdrawal the grant?

1. Submit the application form at least 1 month before the specified date of the conference 

2. Download the application form & conference details form and fill in the required information. 

3. Upload the required documents  along with the application form via the online registration

• Application form

• English proficiency test results 

• Official announcement of approval for the thesis proposal issued by the Graduate School 

• Acceptance letter from the international conference organizer 

• Tentative/Schedule of the conference 

• Confirmation of acceptance of abstract from the international conference organizer  

4. The graduate student will prepay all conference-related expenses. After the conference, the students must submit the following documents:

• The report form that specified all incurred conference-related expenses  

• The original receipts/bills

• Travel report

• A copy of book bank of the grantee

Note: Before a student can travel to the conference, they must first submit an official request to travel via the affiliated faculty/college and send the letter to the President for approval
