1. Supplying parameters

Please read the FAQ for the guidelines on providing parameters first.

Supply the parameters prompted without the <>, [], /, "" symbols.

For example: .ban <user> [days of messages to delete] [reason]

In this example command, you must supply the user parameter, but the days of messages to delete and the reason parameters are both optional. Make sure that you understand what information the parameters are asking for, and read the example usages of this command in the help menu if necessary.

The actual usage of this example command would be: .ban @WozardLozard 7 A reason

2. Reporting bugs

If you find a bug during your usage of the bot, please report it using the ticket command so that it can be fixed.

3. Command aliases

The same command can be used through different keywords. To see a list of all available aliases for a specific command, please use the bot's help menu within Discord.

4. Check the status

If the bot is not behaving as expected:

• Check Discord's status here
