As someone has rightly quoted "Growth is Life". This is the basic theme on which the T&P department of college runs.

The cell plays a vital role to remove confusions and contradictions that may arise in the budding minds of students. In this competitive era, it has become imperative to create an environment where students take challenges as an opportunity to become a winner.

T & P Cell makes students understand possible challenges and obstacles one may have to face in long terms of a career in a particular field. Faculties of T & P Cell activate the minds of students and motivates them how to breakthrough challenges. A predominant role is to develop the necessary skill to build a career in a particular field. Along with providing Recruitments and Internships to the students, the Placement Cell also conducts seminars, webinars, workshops, grooming and counselling sessions throughout the year on various topics to help the students learn and grow.

These kinds of the program will develop job-ready talents. T & P Cell also gives guidance to students for higher studies and arranges necessary expert talks for the same. Seminars and lectures are also conducted for students interested to appear in government exams. T & P Cell not only facilitates placement of current final year students but also helps passed out students to provide better job profiles. For this department remains in contact with the HR department of companies.

Activities for Students Placement:-

• All the T & P Cell members are connected by What’s App Group and Email.

• Consent from the final year students are taken whether they are interested in placement or Higher Studies.

• What’s App Group of interested students is formed.

• All the Communication is carried out through the What’s App Group/Email/Notice board

• T & P Cell interacts with Industry through email /What’s App/Call.

• Students are informed regarding Vacancies & relevant details given by company through What’s app group /Notice board.

• Students grooming by various Expert talk, Online Exam, Training by NSIC, IGTR,IIT-Bombay, Vadhvani foundation.
