Before a course begins:
Are the needed classes available in Moodle? Are there any you need to have created?
Are you teaching any new courses? Do you need to be added to any courses in Moodle?
Are you new to Moodle? Do you know what the expectations are and where to find help?
Are there new materials to upload? Make sure instructors have lead time to get those set up.
Are there courses that are not used on the server? If there are things that could be cleaned up, pass on that information so it can get done.
Are there dates to change in the course - deadlines or release dates for activities?
During the course:
If you're working in a new course in Moodle, has the grade book been set up? Does it appear to be calculating properly?
Check with your students that they can see their grades. They may not know where to look.
Are there things that you would like to 'hide' until a certain date? This can be set up to be automated!
After a course ends:
Are instructors to save a copy of grades anywhere? Or submit them somewhere?
Clear out students from the Moodle course once the term has ended.
If you are leaving the college, remind your coordinator that you should be removed from any Moodle courses.
