Assign Vehicle
Passengers can be assigned to vehicles in bulk using the assign vehicles page. All traveling passengers are eligible for assignment to a vehicle if they have an assigned pickup. The assign vehicles page shows all available vehicles along the left side of the page. The right side of the page shows a list of passengers grouped by *party name. Each passenger shares a color code with all other passengers traveling in a party. Passengers can be dragged individually or in bulk from the passenger list and dropped on a vehicle. An animated spinner will show for passengers with a pending assignment. To make an assignment permanent use the save menu (floppy disk icon). Any pending assignment will become assigned upon a successful save.
Search
The vehicles list can be searched using a passenger's name. The search is executed as it is typed into the search field. The vehicle list will be filtered to show only matching names. Clear the search text to show all the passengers (assigned or pending) in the vehicle.

The passenger list and the vehicles can be expended to see additional passengers. Each list starts with a default of 10 items per page. To expose more passengers per page use the drop down list located in the title section of each vehicle or the title section of the passenger list. Increasing the number of visible passengers will decrease the page amount. In addition to controlling the passengers per page, the vehicle can display up to three columns across. Open the "Vehicles Layout" menu (three gears icon). The columns field can be changed to control the number of passengers displayed.

All selected passengers will be cleared from the vehicle and placed back in the passenger list. Use the "Refresh" menu (arrows forming a circle icon) to pull in any changes made by other users while on the assign vehicles page.
Pickup Groups
The pickup locations a vehicle services is controlled using pickup groups. A passenger belongs to pickup group(s) based on their assigned pickup. Assigning a passenger to a pickup determines which vehicles the passenger is eligible to be assigned to and seated on. See the "Vehicle Component" and "Pickup Component" topic for more information.
Indicators
The group column shown in the passenger list indicates the pickup group(s) a passenger belongs to. For example, the value G:1, 2 indicates a passenger can be assigned to vehicles that service pickup groups 1 and 2.
The title section of each vehicle starts with the pickup group(s) a vehicle is assigned to. For example, the value G:1, 2 (in the vehicle title) indicates pickup groups 1 and 2.
The footer of each vehicle shows the current state of the vehicle assignments. The first number is the total number of assigned passengers and pending passengers on the vehicle. The values in parenthesis indicate the assigned, pending, and available seat counts. For example, 18 (A:16 - P:2 - R:54) indicates 18 total passenger are assigned or pending on the vehicle. Sixteen passengers are assigned and two are pending assignment. Fifty four passengers remain unassigned.
The list of tour *party names also shows the current state of the pickup assignments for a party. For example, 6 (A:4 - P:0) indicates 4 passenger in the party are assigned to the pickup and 2 passengers are not assigned or pending.
