617-09 Wall Gas Heater Follow-up issues

This video is irrelevant except for the sound. It's just example showing how the sound is like. The sound I hear sound like the flame in this video just quieter.

Turning it down as in if you ever lit a camping stove the flame has to be on high (and that's the sound I hear) but then you turn it down when you're ready to cook. Just trying to give the best comparison. I'll send a proper video later though.

I haven't turn on the wall heater yet since it's installed. I don't know if it's safe to turn on the heater using the thermostat.

I just wanted to be sure about the sound because I wouldn't want anything to happen.

• 单元目前为空置，可随时进入

3️⃣ 617 S 9th St · Unit 10（空置）— 简单检查即可

• 该单元为空置，可随时进入

• 该壁挂炉/墙体加热设备比较新，理论上应正常工作

1395 McQuesten Dr · Unit C（空置公寓）=> 请暂缓处理，等找到新租客后再进行。

• 问题说明：
  该公寓的燃气炉从一开始就从未正常工作

• HVAC 主机位置：
  在二楼

• 单元为空置，可随时进入

• 停车说明：
  如果停车不方便，可临时双排停车并打开双闪灯

U3 单元的壁挂式暖气炉也有问题，情况与 617 S 9th 的 U09 和 U11 类似。
目前可以先处理这个单元，暂时不用做 1395 McQuesten C。

You don’t need to contact her directly.

She will set up a keylock box later today.

Also be aware that she has a cat in the unit. Make sure you don’t leave the door open to prevent the cat from going out.

#2 Problem - A Gas Wall Furnace for U11 vacant unit

This wall furnace is not working right either.

You can access to this unit any time.

It’s a vacant unit with lockbox:

This wall unit is fairly new and should work fine. 

Since you are onsite, just double check.
