Purpose

The purpose of this meeting is to get acquaintance of each other and establish a trust for a potential long term tenancy relationship.

• When you take a tour onsite with our onsite representative, you are welcome to connect with us via a Video call so that we can discuss any possible issues.

  • Once you set up an appointment with our local representative, please notify us date and time for the meeting onsite.

  • Notify us 45 mins prior to the appointment if you are on track for the appointment. Without a confirmation, our local representative won't come onsite to avoid wasting a trip.

• Once you filled out an application prior to make a full commitment, we can meet again via a video call to confirm if each step is completed and make an arrangement for key transfer.

• During the key transfer with our onsite representative, you are required to connect with us again with a video call to make sure that we give the key to a right person and further discuss any possible issues during the final walk-through.
