Local businesses have always been here to serve our community. Their endless generosity and hospitality makes us feel like family!
Nitzza's Pizza: Nitzza's has been a long time supporter of the Gilmore Park Community League. The restaurant has often been a hub for meetings or offered pizzas for our community events.
Once someone ordered a 4-cheese pizza, but the order was misheard so there was much sharing of four cheese pizzas. Oops!
What is your favourite type of pizza?
Golden 88: There's usually a line up out the door for this Chinese Food Restaurant. It is a staple in our neighbourhood for both dine in (when we can) and take out!
Happy Mart: Now gone from this location. The Happy Mart convenience store and gas station used to be a happening place in our neighbourhood. Hanging out here any evening you'd see neighbours popping by to pick up their kids, get food, or even a Slurpee at the end of a long week.
Mud Sweat & Gears: What neighbourhood doesn't need a local bike shop? MSG switches over to ski and snowboard gear in the winter. This has been the place to get your sporting needs looked after since the early 2000s.
Pasta Pantry: Along the southern border of our neighbourhood lies the Pasta Pantry. For 25 years families in our community have enjoyed their amazing pasta and warm comfort dishes.
