Rules and Regulations

It is expected that all ISB personnel follows these regulations. Any violation will result in punishment.

1. Always follow the ISB Handbook and Imperial Law Ruling Handbook.

   • Use proper RFA's, linked in the Imperial Law Ruling Handbook.

2. Always treat everyone with respect. (This goes for on AND off the job)

3. Never abuse the power granted to you. There will be zero tolerance for those who abuse the privilege of being an ISB member.

4. Do not show bias towards an individual or regiment.

5. Do not detain personnel at the rank of Specialist (SPC) and below. If a person of this rank or below refuses ISB-RP, investigate elsewhere.

6. ISB personnel are issued Clearance Level 4 ID Cards but are permitted access to all station locations while conducting investigations.

7. Maintain a respectful decorum and appearance.

8. Make sure you document any and all interrogations or re-educations with the proper format.

   • Report quality is a direct reflection of yourself as a member of the ISB. Take pride in them.

9. Do not minge. Doing so will result in re-education or further punishment, depending on severity.

10. Self-promotion or faking rank will result in immediate dismissal from the ISB.

    • Maintain proper rank insignia at all times.

11. Do not disobey or question orders from ISB superiors or Senior High Command.

12. Do not undermine your peers in an attempt to look better. Operatives and Agents are meant to work together to achieve the same goal.

13. Do not make players uncomfortable or force them to engage in ISB-RP.

    • Follow proper re-education procedures for disobedient and unruly personnel.

    • Force-RP is permitted on personnel who are actively conducting Treasonous RP.

14. Do not RDM. You may only kill people if they fail to comply with ISB warnings to disperse from the area.

15. Do not ask, beg or imply for promotions; doing so is grounds for removal or demotion. Asking how to get promoted is different than asking for a promotion.

16. Maintain the confidential security of any information you have been made privy to.

17. Always maintain chat comms security.

18. Never duel, gamble, unbox, consume contraband, or place bounties while on the ISB job.

19. The ISB Ground Armor Job may only be used during an off-ship event/investigation and DEFCON 3 and below. Please be sure that all the armor is on at all times. 

    • You may use the job in SIMs/Trainings

20. Never promote others on cooldown/outside your limit.

21. Do NOT AFK on the job for more than 5 minutes. The only exceptions are filling out roster updates, training logs, or case reports.

22. All members of the Imperial Security Bureau have a weekly quota of three (3) simulations/trainings/case reports per week. Failure to uphold this will result in a strike.

23. The free use of the radio is restricted to Deputy Director+ and Chief Investigator+ during Events. Radio discipline still applies.

• The Radio may be used by all ranks for announcing shipments and DEFCON changes.
