Interrogations are a valuable skill set within the Imperial Security Bureau. Interrogations are used to obtain confessions and critical information. Members of the Imperial Security Bureau have priority on interrogations but may only assist with force-sensitive interrogations. They have been sanctioned by Imperial High Command to utilize experimental interrogation methods when necessary. Interrogations may last a maximum of 20 minutes.
Be cordial with the subject, at least at first. Give them a chance to comply with Imperial demands before harm is done to them; get them comfortable. A slip of the tongue is sometimes more valuable than any prepared answer. Be aware of how you come off to others, find what the subject responds to, and latch on to it.
If the subject feels they are in control, they will be more willing to let things slip that they otherwise wouldn't. Conducting an aggressive interrogation is a line that cannot be uncrossed and can be done with the greatest caution. All interrogation subjects are uniquely different. Make sure to understand their personality to create the best path of information gathering. Some subjects won't break under pressure when it's only them being affected, or some will; you must find the best method to gather intelligence from your subject.
The Levels of Force must be followed at all times during any interrogation.
Level One - Questioning
Merely asking questions about the subject, usually only for the introduction.
Level Two - Bargaining
Be more forceful with your questioning and try to identify what they desire. Try offering this to them in exchange for information.
Level Three - Threatening
Threaten the subject or related associated individuals' safety to extract information. Do not be afraid to get descriptive.
Level Four - Willbreaking
Putting the subject under severe mental stress and removing their resistance to traditional interrogation methods.
Level Five - Torture
Using limited, enhanced methods of interrogation to achieve the required result. Only use with actively non-compliant subjects.
Interrogators must /roll after every action taken toward the subject while using an enhanced interrogation method. Do not utilize more than 3 tactics during an interrogation. Ensure you are always following the Levels of Force.
These devices are to be used as a tool in extracting information from non-compliant subjects. All tools are single use unless stated otherwise.
Lie Detector - Level 2
A device used by interrogators to verify the truth by scanning a sentient being for any biological indicators of possible lying. Works on all yes or no questions once used. Special trained forces may counter roll to falsify results.
Brain-Stem Jack - Level 2
A device that was inserted into the brain stem painlessly. When inserted, it can be used to extract certain data. It has the use of scrambling the brain and unscrambling the brain.
Sonic Generators - Level 4
Devices built specifically to assault the auditory senses of organic beings who were not equipped with proper ear protection.
Spy-Killer - Level 4

Carbon Freeze - Level 5
The freezing of living subjects in carbonite was torture; the process was excruciating, and the victim was placed in a form of stasis hibernation while still experiencing a form of consciousness. Used for post-interrogation transport.
These chemicals are to be used as a tool in extracting information from non-compliant subjects.

Causes the subject to go into a near death experience.
Dimalium-6 [Brainwashing Serum] - Level 4
It allows one to brainwash someone with the use of a certain keyword. Used for creating sleeper agents.
Skirtopanol [Truth Serum] - Level 5
Once given it makes the subject tell only the truth. Only to be used after using other options, can cause cardiac arrest [if the /roll is below 50, only 1 assist permitted. Medical assistance may revive the subject, however it will still count as failed.]. If successful, the subject will be forced to answer the next three questions truthfully.
Mangoriza - Level 5
A drug used in Chemical Torture. Causes the subject to feel like they are burning internally until a cure is injected.
Xebonica - Level 5
A drug used in Chemical Torture. Causes the subject to feel like they are freezing internally until a cure is injected.
Torture should never be overused as it can easily kill the subject. Always threaten them and provide them with a chance.

Blow - Level 5
