RESEARCH INTERESTS

Currently, due to our life style changes, data created exponentially and continuously increases. To respond to the huge data created, high-density, high-speed, and low power devices are required. However, miniaturization of conventional Si devices for this purpose faces limitations. So, to extend Moore’s law (or related functions), "Angstrom Material Technology", "3D-Stacking Architecture Technology", and "Disruptive Device Technology" must be considered.
