Ghost files from the mitten

Tales of hauntings, ghosts, and the supernatural have existed in some form or another since the earliest days of the oral tradition and have been prominent in folklore from cultures all around the world.

Belief in the supernatural is based on the idea that someone or something could continue to exist beyond death in a particular place. This place could be a house, a hotel, a cemetery, or sometimes even a stretch of road. It could be any place where a battle, an act of violence or mysterious death took place.

On the other hand, sometimes a place becomes known for the strange things that happen there, and its folklore emerges over time.

As stories circulate, and legends solidify, these locations have more strange occurrences associated with them. Strange noises, unexplained sightings of apparitions, or simply unexplained phenomena serve as proof that this place is haunted.
