This page will show a historic picture and my own attempt at reshooting the area in 2020.
Compared to the historic picture taken in 1930 the area is filled in. The building in the back right corner (E and E Tire Company) has had an addition in since 1930 but it is still the same structure. In addition to the area being filled in there has been new plant growth, the trees cannot be older that 70 years and were not there in the original picture.

This is my hypothesized reshoot of this area. This photo was taken in the back right corner of the left parking lot at Bluebird BBQ. The area for the most part has been the victim of many landslides, as well as significant overgrowth. Walking most of riverside avenue this was the area that seemed to have to most evidence of being the spot where the photo was taken.
